Z-Axis Test Fixture Kits
Many of Cortek’s test fixture kits offer Z-Axis compatibility. The Z-Axis Assembly will replace the top push plate that comes standard on our test fixture kits.
Flip Top Mechanical Press
Cortek developed the 7540 Flip Top Mechanical Press. This flip top press fixture kit offers capabilities such as Linear Vertical Actuation and Top and Bottom side probing.
Mechanical Presses
Cortek’s mechanical press fixtures have been designed to provide simultaneous top and bottom side probing capabilities. Our mechanical presses are made with Solid Aluminum and Steel.

Mechanical Test Fixture Kit #0608
Weighing only seven pounds, the Functional Test Fixture Kit 0608 offers unique flexibility. This Mechanical Test Kit comes with custom size configurations readily available if our standard doesn’t meet your requirements. Included are custom designed hinges made of 6061 aluminum, black anodized.

Cortek’s Mechanical Kit 1208 was designed to be easier for an operator to use with improved accessibility. This small-sized Functional test fixture boasts a design that is clean, streamlined and rugged. This kit was developed to be more adaptable compared to competition.

Mechanical Test Fixture Kit #1612
The 1612 Mechanical Test Fixture Kit offers a test area size expanding up to 14.0” x 10.0”. With more area to work with, bigger projects can be completed compared to our smaller Functional Test Fixture Kits. This mechanical text fixture unit can also be used for PCB testing.
