After receiving your purchase order, our mechanical engineers get to work designing every component of your test solution. A PDF is submitted for your approval before moving forward with manufacturing. Your input and feedback are integral to ensuring the design aligns perfectly with your expectations, therefore a design review is typically scheduled.
Upon design approval, the manufacturing process begins. Our machine shop carefully fabricates each component based on precise mechanical drawings. Experienced machinists meticulously inspect every part to ensure tolerance and fit accuracy before moving it to the assembly stage.
Every test solution is manually assembled by skilled technicians to meet exact specifications and undergoes a rigorous quality assurance process. This includes first and last article inspections, fit testing with a sample device, open/short testing and, when required, on-site operational testing with your team.
