- This UUT is tested at a high voltage. The Z axis plate has a perimeter shield that is lowered with the top plate creating a safety shield around the UUT during the test cycle.
- The upper plate travels over ¾” in the Z axis. Creating down forces in excess of 100 lbs. requires very little operator input. The upper hinged mechanism utilizes gas springs for feather light movement, reducing operator fatigue.
- Our Z axis system was designed to give the maximum clearances in all directions. UUT’s large and heavy or small and delicate have a large unobstructed open area to accommodate the operator during production testing.
- Our unique design allows us to easily grow a fixture kit in the X, Y or Z dimensions cost effectively. This fixture is 27” wide and 16” deep.
